Adidas Price War

For the last couple of weeks, amongst the news of riots in London and Starving children in Africa, Adidas and their extortionate jersey price has dominated the Headlines in New Zealand. A number of issues have unfolded over the course of the argument. Mainly concern has been over the fact that ordinary New Zealanders are having to pay twice the price as overseas customers for the All Blacks Jersey. Adidas it has to be said has dealt with the whole issue very badly, they have failed to explain clearly why the price is higher in NZ. They have refused to back down and have refused to apologise to the New Zealnd public. What's more, they have used their heavyweight company status to try and prevent other overseas companies from shipping jerseys to on-line customers from New Zealand. Is this fair? Should New Zealand custometrs pay more for the Jersey? After all, Adidas gives the All Blacks $19 million in sponsorship. What do you think? For me it is simple...I support Wales...my jersey cost me $88 online!! Brilliant
