WAS Rec Room (Tannagh)

I think that Whangamata Area School needs a rec room because kids won’t get bored at break and on rainy days. That way kids would be much less likely to get in trouble.
On rainy days we will have something to do so we won’t get in trouble for wacking people with foam sticks or and riding around on a computer chair. The kids of year seven and eight will have a variety of things to do instead of doing the same things every day. Also it would be a safe room from bullies and people hassling you. It would be a good place to hang out and play pool and ping pong with your mates. Each day a different class gets it but on Friday two classes get it so we can make new friends.
A rec room would make everything a whole lot easier.

SKATE BOARDERS !!!

In Whangamata’s Williamson Park all the paths are mostly used by skate boarders and it’s not fair to those who either have to make way or get bowled over. Only part of the park is used so I suggest that we use the parts of the park that isn’t being used to build a skate park for those who wish to skate and leave te rest of the park for those who wish to walk their dogs or go jogging and walking etc. (apart from skate boarders of course)

Parts of the park are used yet people complain that there’s not enough space because they don’t know what parts of the park are being used by the skate boarders. Banning the skate boarders could be possible by having guards surrounding the park.

These actions will prevent the elderly from being hurt but also prevent others from being hurt.

And it’s delicious. It’s annoying because if you want Macdonald’s to you have to drive all the
To paeroa and why do that when we could have one here in Whangamata.

People will have more jobs it will drive people in to town and other shops will get more customers
And more money.

WAS SWAPPING TO SINGLE SEX CLASSROOMS by kelsey

NO WAY! That’s what I think of this matter. I think it would be a big mistake as it would mean we would have to have 2 times the classrooms.
If we had single sex classrooms we would have to spend heaps on new supplies and more classrooms. In the girls classrooms the girls would be really catty and people wouldn’t get on with their work. They would be even more silly than they are now.
Also the school would have to employ lady teachers for the girls classes and men teachers for the boys classes.
Another really important life skill is to learn how to work with boys and girls when you go to work you might have to work with men and woman so I think it’s important to have boys and girls in the class.
I think we shouldn’t have single sex classrooms because it balances out the class having boys and girls
